Motorcycle Outlaws?

After logging over 600 miles to Eureka Springs, Arkansas in September and a ride to Rolla, Missouri in October, it seems that the two Old Dudes share similar riding requirements: Slow pace with lots of stops to reflect on existence, Bud Light, an appreciation of mother nature and the enjoyment of visiting with the natives. Perhaps there are more "blue highways" ahead.

In common

What do these Senior Misfits have in common? Jim is tall with hair and Bob in short and bald. . . wait, those are differences. . .

Hmmmm. Oh, yeah, they both grew up on farms, went to college and taught college classes. They are both married and occasionally attend the Columbia Senior Activity Center.

Adventures: Jim's "adventures" have included flying and teaching flying while Bob waited until retirement to take five long motorcycle adventures to Latin America, Africa, Eastern Europe and Vietnam.

Also in common is a "spiritual link". Jim talks regularly with God and doesn't realize that he is really speaking to Bob.

Tall boy writes a book. . . sort of

Everyone, that knows Jim, wants a copy of this book. Jim focuses on a burning issue that he has struggled with for many years – "the meaning of life". Although no one has read the book at this time, Jim is sure it will be a best seller.
